Terms of Service

Welcome to Quest Nest (the "Platform", "questnest.space"). These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the parent, guardian, or subscriber) and Lamareen Ltd (collectively, "Lamareen", "we", "us", or "our"). By signing up, initiating a trial subscription, or allowing your family to access our gamified habits planner, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Account Registration & Parental Controls

All accounts on the Platform must be registered by an adult who has reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction. Parents are responsible for configuring security PINs and managing child access. Sharing account credentials outside the family household is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of service to protect other users.

2. Billing, Trials, and Cancellation Policies

• 7-Day Free Trial: Subscriptions (Explorer Plan at $7.99/mo or Family Plan at $14.99/mo) begin with a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged today.
• Automatic Renewal: Trial subscriptions automatically convert to paid monthly subscriptions at the end of the 7-day period. Subscriptions renew monthly on the same billing date.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing & Subscription portal in the Parent Dashboard. Cancellation immediately stops future billing cycles while permitting access until the end of your current cycle.
• Refunds: Payments are processed via Stripe, and refunds are determined based on service disruptions or local consumer laws.

3. Proprietary License & Acceptable Use

Lamareen Ltd grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Platform solely for your family's personal, non-commercial education and growth. You agree not to reverse-engineer, inject script attacks, manipulate database records, or exploit in-app assets.

4. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to deploy patches, adjust in-app virtual marketplace stock values, replace starter avatars, or retire virtual companion configurations to improve children's experiences. Substantial pricing changes will always be communicated to parent accounts at least 30 days prior to their next billing date.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws under which Lamareen Ltd is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
